Grow Into the Counselor You're Becoming

Clinical supervision is more than completing hours toward licensure. It's an opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills, develop your professional identity, and gain the confidence to navigate the counseling profession.

My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, discussing difficult cases, and learning from your experiences. You don't have to have all the answers. That's what supervision is for!

My Supervision Approach

My approach to clinical supervision is grounded in the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) of Supervision, developed by Stoltenberg, McNeill, and Delworth. This model recognizes that counselors grow through different stages of professional development, and their supervision needs change as they gain experience and confidence.

Using this model, I tailor supervision to your current level of clinical development while helping you strengthen your skills and develop your professional identity.

My supervision style is collaborative and supportive, while also encouraging accountability and professional growth. I believe in creating space for honest conversations, constructive feedback, and real discussions about the challenges that come with becoming a counselor.
